Mary Ann thought she had lost her family during Typhoon Haiyan.

It was three days before she heard they were safe.

Climate change continues to threaten her family every day and she and her husband have to work harder and harder to provide for them.

They go out to sea every night to catch fish. On the water, they feel the effects of climate change – dangerous waves and reflected heat that is painfully intense. Fishing trips need to be shorter.
